Judy was born and raised in Hanoi, studied in Canada, and came home to Vietnam. She speaks with every clinic in Vietnamese — she knows the difference between the price on the wall and the price quoted to tourists, and she makes sure you never pay the second one.
Richard was born and raised in Calgary, with Chinese-Vietnamese roots — he runs the systems behind every trip: the quotes, the bookings, the follow-ups. We're not a booking platform. We're not a directory. We're two real people who answer your WhatsApp, make sure qualified English-speaking support is with you at every appointment, and stay reachable after you fly home.

A note on clinic names: We don't list our partner clinics publicly — not because we have anything to hide, but because it protects the patient relationships we've carefully built with each clinic. The moment you book, we introduce you by name. You'll meet your full clinic team in person on your first appointment day.
